A consumer may withdraw within 14 days where the goods were not made to a personal specification. Please send a full, unused item back with its packaging.

Complaint

If a form is damaged or the scent does not match the description, write to the address in the footer. Include the order number and a photograph. We reply within 14 days.

Refill

Some forms take a replaceable refill. The freshness time on the product is a guide — it depends on the cabin temperature and the strength of the vent.
